Annual Orange Beach Sports Association Seafood Festival: February is a good month for travels, especially if you’re a snowbird who’s just spent the holidays with family and is ready to retreat from the cold. Orange Beach, Alabama, is home to one of the city’s main events and attractions: The Seafood Festival. For more than two decades, the Sports Association has used the event to raise money for youth sports, including baseball, softball and t-ball. All proceeds go toward team uniforms, equipment, and various other expenses these organizations incur. Those attending will have a full day to indulge in delicious food from hosts of area vendors, live music, arts and crafts displays, car shows, and silent auctions. Kids can climb rock walls, bounce and play on inflatables, and visit the performance pavilion for scheduled shows. The all-day event happens on February 27th, 2016, from 10 p.m. to 4 p.m.
