"June 22nd, 2003 Update: Martindale is top notch! The wife and I were at home and we heard a loud pop and hiss. Safety valve on my propane tank was leaking gas and needed to be replaced. Justin and Jerry showed up very quickly. They serviced the tank and got me back up and running in short order. Extremely refreshing to deal with a company who does what they say they're going to do and when they're going to do it. I'll never use anyone else. You can depend on this company with old fashion values. Shared a hardy handshake when the job was done. Now, the wife and I can rest easy. You need to use this company! You won't be disappointed! ----------------- 2 years ago: After contacting a major competitor, who provided me with misinformation and an outrageous quote, I was referred to Justin by another source. First time living on propane gas, and he was very patient and thorough walking me through the process of leak testing and why it is required as well as providing exact costs for the quote. Promptly called me back, as I requested, to see if I still needed service. Arrived promptly that morning as promised. Found leaks at three different valves and showed me evidence of it and replaced with residential quality valves. (They don't skimp on this area.) Went the extra effort to ensure that I was happy with the service and the value. Another driver showed up very shortly thereafter to fill the tank. He was also a great guy to chat with while he worked. I can't say enough good things about my first experience with this company.
