A&S Boats is Connecticut's top retailer of new and used boats. The A&S Boats story began in 1957 in Livermore, CA by two dedicated boaters, Al and Shirley Passeri, when they decided to build their first boat.

A&S Boatique was formed in East Hartford in 1970. That premise has carried over with their son Mark, who in 1975 took over A&S Boatique. They started the tradition of carrying only the boats with the highest value in their respective classes. These boats included the very first line that Mark chose in 1983, Chaparral, as well as Baja, Moomba, Supra, Triumph, and Leisure Life Limited.
