About OSA Assessment & Counseling Services

Substance abuse is a pandemic in the United States. According to the first-ever Surgeon General’s Report on Alcohol, Drugs, and Health, nearly 21 million Americans—more than the number of people who have all cancers combined—suffer from substance abuse disorders. At OSA Assessment & Counseling Services, a substance abuse treatment center serving High Point and Kernersville, North Carolina, the counselors are committed to helping people find recovery.

There are many paths to wellness. At OSA Assessment & Counseling Services, the staff believes their clients deserve high-quality, professional care. The alcohol and drug rehab counselors provide nonjudgmental recovery support in a variety of outpatient settings, including short-term, long-term, and intensive outpatient treatment. Committed to the patients, OSA Assessment & Counseling Services offers flexible day and evening hours and Saturday appointments.

OSA Assessment & Counseling Services also offers assessments for DWI offenders pre- and post-trial, court-ordered substance abuse assessments for non-DWI offenders, and initial and follow-up Department of Transportation and Substance Abuse Professional evaluations.

Community members can attend Alcohol Drug Education Traffic School (ADETS) through OSA Assessment & Counseling Services. Typically, someone who is a first-time DWI offender and is deemed not at risk for substance abuse handicap will be encouraged to attend ADETS, an early form of substance abuse intervention. Students will learn about mood-altering drugs and develop a plan that facilitates living a happy and healthy life.

Early intervention is key for the treatment and management of substance abuse disorders. If you or someone you love is struggling with alcoholism or drug addiction, contact one of the friendly and experienced alcohol and drug rehab counselors at OSA Assessment & Counseling Services. For more information about the services provided, visit the website or call the North Carolina substance abuse treatment center at (336) 882-6859.
