Orangetheory Fitness in Thousand Oaks, CA offers interval training and group fitness classes that help you burn up to 1,000 calories while also increasing both your metabolism and your energy. The workout is based off the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), which aims to keep your heart rate in the targeted orange zone, in which your energy will be increased and your metabolism will be stimulated.
The Orangetheory workout lasts for 60 minutes and is comprised of three components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing, and weight or resistance training blocks.
