Finally, there’s an authentic taste of China right in your neighborhood. New York City’s newest Chinese restaurant, A Taste of China, brings the traditional flavors of Northeast China to Manhattan’s East Side, right at the convergence of Gramercy and Kips Bay. A Taste of China offers gourmet cuisine at affordable prices in a clean, comfortable environment. It’s just the spot you’ve been waiting for.

Established in 2016, A Taste of China is proud to create the most beloved dishes in Chinese cuisine, like soup dumplings, fried and steamed dumplings, Kung Pao chicken, and an array of other mouthwatering Asian specialties that look and smell just as good as they taste.

Chef Hui Feng is the force behind the exciting menu of Chinese classics and Asian fusion dishes at A Taste of China. He trained at an esteemed culinary school in Shenyang and holds a Level 1 cooking certificate—China’s highest culinary certification. He was chosen by Aidi Xu, the restaurant’s owner, to help bridge the gap between American audiences and authentic Chinese cuisine, and their partnership has resulted in an irresistible menu and an inviting ambiance perfect for the discerning Manhattan diner.

With a brilliant chef in the kitchen and a passionate owner behind-the-scenes, A Taste of China brings classic Chinese cuisine to the neighborhood seven days a week. Open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., customers can choose takeout, delivery, or dine-in service in the restaurant’s attractive atmosphere, the perfect place to sit down with family and friends and enjoy a delicious meal with a perfectly paired glass of wine.

When you’re craving authentic Asian cuisine, look no further than A Taste of China in New York City’s Kips Bay neighborhood. To learn more or to place your order, call (646) 478-7322 or stop by their convenient location on Second Avenue off East 23rd Street.
