Not all real estate agents are equal! Did you know that writing a contract takes thought and care? Does your real estate agent think about all it takes in your contract to protect you from start to finish? There are different things to consider if you are the buyer when a contract is written than when you are the seller. Is your agent thoroughly familiar with all the new TRID regulations and how you need to be protected? Does your real estate agent have experience dealing with both buyers and sellers? A discount agent is usually not paid enough to take a lot of time with detail after detail that must be covered to get you the very best deal whether buyer or seller.
