Hawaiiana Management Company, Hawaii’s largest condominium and homeowner association management company, reported steady growth during their third quarter. The firm was recently contracted as managing agent for more than a dozen top condominium and homeowner associations on four islands. Hawaiiana’s new clients include Keauhou Punahele (Island of Hawaii), Maui Sands (Maui), Kahala Pacifica (Oahu), Kainani Villas (Kauai). Hawaiiana has also been awarded new contracts on 65 developments under construction representing 36,000 homes and commercial units. Among the planned developments contracted with Hawaiiana are the prestigious Park Lane Ala Moana on Oahu.
