I bought a house in Irondequoit about 10 years ago.It was built in the 1920’s, and as you can guess over the years many plumbing and electrical fixtures have needed replacing.As much as I hate to say it, I’m not much of a plumber/electrician. Luckily, Black’s is just down the street.

Every time I come in, your guys can find the replacement part, explain the installation, and answer my questions clearly and quickly in just a few minutes.You guys have a great attitude, and always take the time to answer customer’s questions.Better still, I’ve never been given the wrong part, and all of it has withstood the test of time.NOBODY can match your quality and service.

Here’s an example of why I go to Black’s:The faucet in the utility tub was worn out and needed to be replaced.The faucet isn’t manufactured anymore, and the original installation was complicated (with 7 turns, no shutoffs) and I thought about calling a plumber.After taking a good look at it, I figured I could get a new faucet, flexible supply lines, 2 turns and shutoffs and replace the whole thing.I went to your store, and in 10 minutes, your guy had all the parts I needed, checked the fittings to make sure they matched, checked to make sure I had all the right materials, and answered my questions.The old faucet was out and the new one installed (with no drips on the first try) in an hour and a half.I could have gone to the big “DIY” store down the street, spent all day looking for parts, running back and forth for things that were defective, missing or didn’t fit, all for the same price.That would be just foolish.There is no doubt, BLACK’S IS THE PLACE TO GO.
