For a young child, a teacher that acts as a positive role model in their academic career can make a truly momentous impact on his or her life. FasTracKids / Eye Level Learning Center, a global leader in a self-directed learning approach for children, and the DaeKyo Culture Foundation are seeking educator nominations for their 22nd Annual Eye Level Education Awards.

The learning center is searching for non-Korean teachers in the United States who have worked for at least 10 years on the elementary, secondary, or university-level. These nominees must demonstrate an understanding of the Korean curriculum development that FasTracKids / Eye Level Learning Center so strongly believes in, as well as act as a positive role model to students.

According to FasTracKids / Eye Level Learning Center, “nominees could win the grand prize of $15,000 (U.S.) and a four-day, all-expense-paid trip to South Korea, where they will be honored at the global Educator Awards Ceremony on Thursday, November 14, 2013.” As the early childhood program is built upon the Korean philosophy of education, the winner of this award will be able to experience the foundation of the FasTracKids / Eye Level Learning Center’s academic enrichment methodology first hand.
