RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J., June 19, 2013 -- /PRNewswire/ -- Eye Level, the global leader in self-directed learning, announces that Amy Endo, Ph.D. has joined the company's leadership team as director of research and development. In this newly created position, Endo will report to Vice President Bob Reto, spearheading the continued growth and overseeing the English program in the United States.

Dr. Endo brings experience in the supplemental education market, and an extensive academic background in educational research, including a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Wellesley College, Masters in Education at Harvard University and doctorate in Educational Psychology from Columbia University. Most recently, as a graduate research assistant at Columbia University, Dr. Endo developed an integrated literacy and social studies curriculum for the New York City public school system. Dr. Endo also served as a research and development specialist for an international supplemental education provider.
