Elaine Presley Wish Foundation has donated to and worked with Paralyzed Veterans of America, Children with Cancer UK, St. Jude’s Research Hospital, and the National Suicide Prevention Hotline. Elaine Presley has participated in the ALS Ice Bucket challenge as well as the London Marathon and sponsored “Racing to Stop Bullying” for two years.
