EVENT

Event Information

Whether you like it or not, yet another generation graduated from college this past May – Gen Z (or iGen). You may already have them working for you! If you think they’ll be just like Millennials, you’d be wrong. They have their own unique view of the world and the workplace.

Multigenerational Leadership is, at its core, a communication challenge. Leaders who recognize the impact of this unprecedented, diverse workforce can also discover the key to overcoming negative stereotypes and build communication strategies to help bridge the gaps.

The unique characteristics and values of each generation expose differences, but those differences may be an advantage to leaders...that is, to leaders who know how to use these differences to their advantage. This workshop will produce actionable ideas for productive communication and the bonding of team members through common values.

Learn why it’s essential to understand intergenerational behaviors so you can get positive results.

Learning Objectives:

You will understand:

  • Why each generation is the way it is
  • What is important to each generation
  • What is the most effective way to communicate with and to each generation
  • What can be done to use each generation's skill set to help your organization be more effective and profitable

Join us on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 11:15 am – 12:45 pm
