You know you have tax issues and have been receiving mail from the IRS but the notices are confusing and you just don’t know where you stand.  This is normal.  Most folks don’t understand the notices and the uncertainty of what is going to happen next isn’t a comfortable position to be in.

If you owe the IRS money you have likely been receiving collection notices asking you to pay the balance due.  There is a series of notices you will receive that will start out relatively docile just asking you to pay the balance due.  At some point the IRS will send you the last letter before they will take enforcement action.  This is commonly called the 30 day letter. If you don’t take action to address this notice the IRS can take enforcement action 30 days from the date of this letter. This means your bank account and your wages can be levied.

There is no reason to live in this world of uncertainty. With a valid power of attorney IRS form 2848 we can find out if you owe the money and where you stand with IRS on your collection case.  We will assess your situation and give you options to resolve your tax issues.
