Just over a year ago, Hilltop Glass Creations opened its doors to Cincinnati artisans and craftspeople, giving everyone the chance to work on their own projects and learn unique skills they might not be able to pick up anywhere else. Hilltop Glass & Mirror owner Cindy Jurcenko launched this maker space to share her passion for glass work, provide equipment for members to express their own creativity, and give instruction on everything from stained glass creation to mosaic making.

Hilltop Glass Creations prides itself on offering something for everyone, whether you’re brand new to glass creations or have been making creations for years. During their first year, they’ve already given countless people the tools and space to make mosaics, painted glass fixtures, stained glass objects, and almost anything else they could imagine.

With a growing staff of experienced artists and artisans, Ms. Jurcenko plans to continue expanding their offerings, with additional classes suited to almost any skill level. Not only have the owners been working in the customer glass industry for years, but they also have a deep appreciation for the artistic tradition of glass-making and have experience with a broad range of techniques.

They truly enjoy sharing their skills with other people and are proud to provide an opportunity for future artists to explore their interests and begin working on their own creations. In the future, they plan to start offering after-school programs and instruction for kids, which can help inspire a life-long appreciation of art and expression.
