Some stores stop fixing machines as they get older. Here at Experimac we do not turn away older computers. In fact, just last month we fixed a 2006 iMac with power supply issues. The owner loved her iMac, but had a hard time getting service at other stores because of its age. We didn’t even hesitate to work on it.

 

3. We have a 90 Day Warranty on Repairs

We try to give our customers as much peace of mind as possible with all of our services. That is why we offer a 90 day warranty on all of our repairs and a one year warranty on all of our certified pre-owned devices. This way if anything happens to your device you’re covered.

 

4. Diagnosis is Free

We do not charge to diagnose a problem. Diagnosis is completely free. We only charge you for the labor and parts to actually fix the device. This way we cut down on cost for you. Unlike some other stores, if we can’t fix it, then you don’t pay us anything. Why would we charge you when we couldn’t help you. We know that cost adds up, and we want to make sure we can fix your device in the most affordable and timely manner possible.

 

5. We Cost Less

Again and again our prices come up in the blog posts, because it is true, our prices are lower. Depending on what you’re getting fixed our prices can be hundreds of dollars less than our competitors. For example, the 2006 iMac with power supply issues. We fixed the iMac for less than $100, whereas at the other stores she got quotes of around $250, and this was after paying a $50 diagnosis fee. We care about getting your devices working at an affordable price. Fixing Apple products should not break the bank.
