We offer uncontested divorces starting at $250.00 plus court costs if there are no children and no property issues.  Court costs vary by county.  

What is an uncontested divorce?  If you and your spouse are in agreement on every issue, we can draft the agreement, both husband and wife can sign and it can be filed with the court immediately.

There is a 30 day waiting period in the State of Alabama before the divorce can be finalized.  Neither husband or wife will have to appear in court.

We also offer legal services for contested divorces in which the parties cannot agree on issues such as property division, child custody, child support, military divorce issues, etc.   Costs will be quoted after the free initial consultation in these type matters.
