If you've noticed cracks or any other signs of a shifting foundation, it's time for foundation repair. This process provides additional support for sagging floors, restoring strength and structural integrity. The Dwyer Company, Inc. is pleased to offer foundation repair to West Chester, OH, as well as Lexington and Louisville, KY, residents.

Here is the five-step process used by the team at The Dwyer Company:

Inspection

Foundation RepairFirst, an expert will take a look at your property, foundation, and overall structure to identify problem areas and the scope of the work to be done. You may need to have a full engineer's report written up and secure a permit for the work. As part of the inspection and assessment process, you'll also be provided with a free estimate for your foundation repair.

Preparation

Lifting and repairing your foundation may require holes for access both inside and outside of your home. The team starts by determining necessary access locations, removing any carpet or landscaping elements in the way, and laying tarps.

Lifting

All uneven or sagging parts of your foundation must be lifted to the intended level and shored up with concrete or steel piers. The concrete lifting process is gradual to protect the structure of your home.

Repairing Damage

Any necessary concrete repair will be completed at this stage. Cracks are patched, and access holes are refilled. The end result is a solid, stable foundation, which is newly reinforced for greater strength.

Cleanup

Once the repair process is complete, The Dwyer Company, Inc. will clear away equipment and debris. They'll restore any landscaping they removed, as well as returning carpets and other flooring to their original place.

If your home has bowing walls, cracks along its seams, or sloped, sunken floors, it's time to schedule foundation repairs. Contact The Dwyer Company, Inc. to arrange an inspection for a stronger, safer home. To schedule an appointment, call (859) 231-0998, or send an online service request.
