Drawn in by the eye-catching design, hungry fans now line up around the block to taste their tender, boneless chicken marinated in a savory mix of South Asian spices. The customer favorite “Seekkh Kabob” is a spicy blend of lamb and beef, served over a bed of fluffy rice, or wrapped up gyro-style. Thanks to the truck’s state-of-the-art kitchen, the meat is always juicy, flavorful, and char-grilled to perfection.

Like most Shanghai MKS food trucks, vegetarians are always welcome at Halal Bros. The satisfying falafel is fried up with just the right blend of chickpeas, parsley, and spices. To top off your meal, the brothers offer special sauces ranging from the tried-and-true white yogurt and the cool sesame tahini, to a surprising, spicy barbecue.
