For nearly 50 years, Jackola Engineering & Architecture has been executing projects for commercial clients in hospitality, health care, and retail, among others. Their architectural and engineering services provide all-encompassing solutions for both the public and private sectors, and they are proud to be a leading structural engineer in Kalispell, MT, and the surrounding area.

Here, their team shares some of their most recent standout projects:

  • structural engineerMacKenzie River Pizza: If you’ve ever made your way past MacKenzie River Pizza on Treeline Road in Kalispell, you know that its exterior is unlike most ordinary pizzerias. The stunning architecture is a standout feature that separates the pizza franchise from the rest. This pilot project was particularly well-received by its customers.
  • Pierce RV Supercenter: Situated along Highway 2 East is Pierce RV’s sales and service facility. In addition to the sale of actual RVs and countless types of equipment, the building also serves as a workplace for Pierce RV’s staff. With service bays, ample space for their extensive parts and service inventory, and a 100% reclaim wash system, the building required an innovative approach from a creative and experienced team of structural engineers.
  • Western Building Center North: In the early 2000s, the local construction boom facilitated an increased need for building supplies that Western Building Center could not keep up with due to size constraints. To accommodate additional retail space, they enlisted the help of Jackola Engineering & Architecture, who helped them add 11,500 square feet to their existing 13,465 square-foot facility. They also upgraded the architecture of the street-facing façade, as well as the ends of the building.
