Coryell Memorial’s Marketing Team and Medical & Surgical Nurse Director, Sabrina Foster, attended Baylor Scott & White’s semi-annual Post-Acute Care Conference in Temple. The goal of the event is for local healthcare providers to share information with Baylor Scott & White care transitions teams and discharge planners. At Coryell Memorial, on one central campus, you will find a wide range of health services including a  25-bed licensed hospital, surgery center, Level IV Trauma Center emergency room, advanced wound care with HBO therapy, inpatient dialysis, a partnership with DaVita Dialysis, out-patient physical therapy,  rehab programs for in-patient  Extended Care, as well as in The Meadows Rehabilitation and Long-term Care, and assisted living and independent living apartments.  All of these services are supported by more than 30 primary care and specialty providers.
