Rev up your appetite! Shanghai Mobile Kitchen Solutions' (MKS) hit Boston food truck Bon Me is headed to Brooklyn. Husband and wife duo Patrick Lynch and Ali Fong won Boston's city-wide Food Truck Contest back in 2010. Part of the prize was a custom Shanghai MKS-designed mobile food truck. Ever since, the Shanghai MKS family has proudly watched Bon Me reimagine contemporary Vietnamese cuisine.

Just as their restaurant’s name is a new spin on “Banh Mi,” their sandwiches bring traditional to the 21st century. To convey that fresh, modern flair, Shanghai MKS painted the mobile food trucks with a charming, easy-to-read three step menu. Each of the four trucks is outfitted in a single, bright color, too: red, yellow, orange, and blue. These trucks can’t be missed, and beautifully reflect Bon Me's tagline: "bold, fresh, and fun."
