To Think About - Service Agreements

> An Absolute Comfort Protective Maintenance Agreement is a great way to take care of your HVAC system. It is designed to be convenient, economical, and an excellent way to save you money in the long run and protect your valuable equipment.  

> We will call you in the spring and the fall to set up your appointments. That way, you don’t have to remember to call us for your checkup.

> The spring check is for your a/c system so that when it gets hot and humid, your equipment is ready to go. The fall check is for your furnace/heat pump. This check makes sure that when the temperatures drop, you will have a system that is ready to keep your house warm.

> Two additional benefits of the Service Agreement are that if in the event that you would need to replace a part(s), you will receive a 10% discount on the parts. Secondly, you receive priority status so that when you do need service, we will accommodate you into the schedule as quickly as possible and you will not be charged overtime rates as long as the technicians are on duty and the call comes in before 4:30. p.m. (Calls after 4:30 p.m. will be dispatched at overtime rates.)
