D.R. Horton Inc. – Schuler Homes LLC has contracted Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd.as association managing agent for its 11,750-home Hoopili master-planned community in West Oahu. Hawaiiana Management Company, a kama’aina company, is Hawaii’s largest condominium and HOA management company.

The first phase of Ho‘opili will consist of a neighborhood park and a commercial center that will include a Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center medical clinic and two residential neighborhoods which will also be managed by Hawaiiana:

Ha‘akea at Ho‘opili is planned for approximately 151 single-family homes, with prices starting in the high-$500,000s (FS).

Hāloa at Ho‘opili is planned for approximately 140 multi-family homes, including townhomes, duplexes, FLEX® Homes, and stacked flats. Prices for the market multi-family homes are estimated to start in the $500,000s (FS). Approximately 84 of the townhomes will be sold as affordable homes, as defined by the City & County of Honolulu. These affordable homes are expected to start in the mid-$300,000s (FS).
