Job Description/Technical Skills

• Install and maintain landscape in varying outdoor weather conditions
• Operation of hand tools normally used in landscaping
• Familiarity with measurements and reading drawings
• Understand production goals, job budgets and timely completion of projects
• Oversee, train, and motivate crews of varying size and diversity
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems
• Know common plant material and how to install and maintain
• Ground preparation experience
• Hardscape prep and installation skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

Basic employment requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Proof of ability to legally work in the US
• Personal cell phone
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Green Industry
• Previous leadership experience
• No facial tattoos or facial jewelry while on the clock
