Welcome 2017!! If joining a weight loss program is first on your list for the new year you have already taken the most important step towards better health.  Now it is time to reflect on your priorities.

  • Ask yourself what you have time for and can commit to?
  • Determine some needs from your spouse/support team that may interfere with your goals.
  • Think of healthy eating and exercising like a haircut or a doctor visit…. make time!

Also reflect on past successes and challenges regarding losing weight.  These may seem more clear now and may be eye-opening as you put together a new plan.  Reach for the stars! Happy New Year!
