Construction to the back of the hospital has begun! The expansion and renovation project is expected to last 18 months. The hospital will remain fully operational during the project which will add the following components: operating rooms, materials management, new 25 bed hospital wing, administration offices, and a 16 bed rehabilitation wing to The Meadows Rehabilitation and Long-term care, as well as a new central plant (chillers, boilers, etc.). Renovated areas will include pharmacy, laboratory, business offices, hospital rooms and converting current hospital rooms into Welcome assisted living rooms and some of the current Welcome Assisted Living rooms into Oaks Independent Living Apartments.
