How did it all begin? Well, it began with Bob and Mary LeVeck…

Robert (Bob) and Mary LeVeck have been happily married for 42 years. They started LeVeck Lighting Products, Inc. together in 1977 and continue to work collectively to build on LeVeck’s success and achievements.

Bob is the CEO/Co-Owner and has over 40 years of progressive experience in the lighting industry, he has led LeVeck Lighting through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. In the last 10 years, he has successfully directed the company into the facility maintenance industry serving well beyond the reaches of the Midwest.

Bob is Lighting Certified from the NCQLP (National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professional), the highest certificate one can hold in the lighting industry. His extended knowledge and understanding of retail sales, wholesale, as well as his excellent leadership with employee management has catapulted the company into its current accomplishments.

Mary is also part owner and supports LeVeck as a Senior Customer Sales Representative. She also holds the LS I and LS II certification from NAILD (National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors).  With her strong expertise in the industry, she excels in providing top quality customer service for new and existing clients. Mary is also actively involved with the daily decisions made at LeVeck as well being an incomparable mentor for employees.

Robert and Mary LeVeck are still actively working together on improving and building their business using their strong work ethic to better serve all of the current and potential clientele.  As a result, they are leading the company to be recognized as your Most Trusted Lighting Advisor.

We, the employees at Leveck Lighting Products and Maintenance, are proud to work for both of them. Their leadership has touched all of our lives, not only at work but in our personal lives.
