Local accounting and local banking are two top reasons for Hawaiiana’s successful new business growth. Hawaiiana employs a staff of 200 with a local accounting staff of more than 60, shown above. Hawaiiana Management Company, Hawaii’s largest community association management company, reported strong 2016 results and is poised for even more success in the future.  Twenty-seven existing homeowner associations and condominium buildings contracted Hawaiiana as managing agent during the first half of the year. Hawaiiana provides clients the option of cash, accrual or modified cash/accrual financial statements.  Homeowner payments are credited promptly, vendors are paid on time and clients are able to speak with their association’s designated Hawaiiana accountant, who is based in Honolulu. 

Association maintenance fees can be paid by many safe and secure methods, including  credit/debit card, E-check, and “SurePay,” an automatic monthly deduction system, as well as by mailing a check and by cash payment at its Oahu payment window.
