Each and everyone of us deals with grief in our own ways. Whether you enjoy that cup of coffee by yourself, spend time watching the grand children play, squeeze in those extra workouts, run those extra few miles, or just time to yourself to think and enjoy the memories that you have of your loved one.  Shed a few tears or just want a shoulder to lean on.  Its OK...take a break and do what you need to do.  We all have those days.
