Hawaiiana Management Company recently hosted an educational seminar for Residential Managers at the Hale Koa Hotel. The theme was P.O.W.E.R. – a positive outcome with every resident. Topics included employment law, insurance, team building and building management issues. The seminar was free to resident, general and site managers of Hawaiiana-managed properties, and was attended by nearly 200 managers working at a variety of properties types.
