When booking a cleaning session with Mumz, its always best to prioritize. 

First, assess your budget.... not all cleaning services charge the same rates, nor do they all perform the same functions or thoroughness. At Mumz, we offer different packages... General Cleaning and Deep Cleaning.

While we prefer to do a deep cleaning every time, not every ones budget allows for this.... not every ones expectations are the same, and not every other cleaning person knows the difference outside of our own company. If in fact you are on a budget, we offer a our General Cleaning package for this reason.

A good idea prior to cleaning would be to discuss your options in detail to insure you get everything you are looking for out of your cleaning.

General Cleaning includes...

Sanitizing your bathroom in its entirety... Sinks, toilets and shower/tub.

Sanitizing your most important parts of your kitchen.... Range top, sinks and counters. Wiping all appliances and mopping floors.

And basic cleaning in the rest of your home... vacuuming floors and mopping.

Deep Cleaning includes....

KITCHEN:

Wiping all cabinet faces, all knobs. removing all items from your counters, cleaning all back splashes and counters, replacing all items, wiping down all personal effects ( spice racks,bottles of cooking oils and vinegars and utensil holders )
cleaning your range hood, inside and out side of your microwave, all of your stove ( except in the oven ), cleaning all your appliance handles, emptying coffee makers, cleaning your keurig, ice dispenser on your refrigerator,...and many more,as needed extras. Remove garbage.

BATHROOM

Sanitize everything in the basic package, but we will also clean grout if its needed, dust your bathroom from top to bottom, clean all your personal effects ( wipe shampoo bottles, toothbrush cups/holders,cologne/perfume bottles and arrange your towels and face cloths in a pleasing fashion. Remove Garbage.

BEDROOMS:

We make your beds, or change your linens if provided. Remove garbage.

REST OF HOME:

The vacuuming consists of... vacuuming all crown moldings, chair rails,baseboards, vents, ceiling searching for cobwebs (if applicable), in and around lighting and ceiling fans, under beds and furniture. under cushions all upholstery, all floors, area rugs and carpets.

And the dusting will include EVERYTHING IN YOUR HOME!

So as you can see,there is a very big difference between General Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. We would like to stress also that alot of what we have written here can in fact be tweaked to suit the customer... we are not limited to either or, this is merely a reference for those who are not aware of our terminology.
