TheNational Association of Professional Women (NAPW)honorsTami Bonnellas a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to recognize Tami with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

“I was recently named among the Most Influential 200 in Real Estate and the top 20 Most Influential Women in Real Estate by Swanepoel, said Tami Bonnell, CEO at EXIT Realty Corp., International.

Ms. Bonnell opened for business in 1996 and in record time, EXIT has become the fastest growing full-service real estate franchiser in North America. She has been a featured speaker at the National Association of Realtors Convention, the Women’s Council of Realtors, Inman News Connect Conference and the RIS Media’s Leadership Conference. Her areas of expertise include business planning, leadership, growth / development, training, knowledge of industry, market strategy, public speaking, innovative idea implementation, forecasting, strategic planning and client relationship building.

Ms. Bonnell is currently involved with the National Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as Habitat For Humanity, and served as President of Alternative House Domestic Violence.
