Thursday, March 24th 7PM - Come share in some of our tried and true recipes, and learn a healthy recipe from local chef, Dana Downs of Roost Modern Italian and Park City Club. Bring your own favorite healthy recipe and we'll add it to our UAR recipe book!
Friday, March 25th 7AM - Start your day by breaking a sweat with an in-store fitness class led by Jeni Noga.
Saturday, March 26th 8AM (group run) & 9:30AM (yoga) - Relax and rejuvenate with a post-run yoga session led by Alex!
