Hornets Nest Region AACA is Charlotte’s largest and finest collector automobile club, with 500 local members and over 60,000 total members nationwide. One of the many things that sets Hornets Nest Region apart from other antique car clubs is their biannual Charlotte Auto fair which showcases thousands of collector cars, vendors, and enthusiasts.

Taking place every spring and fall, the Charlotte Auto Fair features over 10,000 vendors, all selling and showcasing vintage car parts, restored classic cars, and a number of other exciting collector auto memorabilia. With over 7,000 spaces available this fall alone, experienced and beginning collectors alike can browse over 16,000 cars for sale.

The Charlotte Auto Fair has grown over the years to become one of the largest car shows in the southeast. Beginning humbling as a few vendors at a local flea market in the late 1970’s, the last thirty years has seen the show become a buzzing hub of car enthusiasts and experts. Collectors from across the United States travel to The Charlotte Auto Fair to exchange some of the rarest car parts and supplies. Nowhere else will you find such a concentrated and diverse gathering of some of the country’s top vintage cars and collectors, all looking to expand and refine their collection of beautiful classic cars.
