Make The Big Move Like a Pro With Help From Moving Company M. Dyer & Sons, Ewa, Hawaii

Whether you’re moving across the city or from the mainland, M. Dyer & Sons of Oahu is prepared to help you with all of your moving needs. Take the stress out of relocation, and get a professional-style move from their packing, shipping, and moving experts.

It’s easy to do – just follow these three simple steps for success, and you’ll be moved into that new place in no time!

  • Step One – Get a no-obligation written estimate from a licensed professional mover. A professional moving consultant, such as the experts from M. Dyer & Sons, will come to your home to discuss your moving plans. They will work with you to create a list of items that you're considering for your relocation by size and weight. During this survey, they must determine the number and size of cartons, crates and vehicles that will be required to move your household goods.
  • Step Two – On moving day, make sure that you have set in a safe location your travel documents, suitcase, favorite toys for the children, your computer or any other items that are not to be included in the move. The M. Dyer crew will pack all your items into cartons, wrap all the furniture items, and then transport them to the truck for loading or the wooden shipping crate depending upon the size and distance of your move. Each item will have an inventory tag affixed. The crew leader will create a detailed inventory listing the description of each item including serial numbers. A copy of this list will be provided to you before the crew departs.
  • Step Three – On delivery day, as your household goods are unloaded from the truck, check them off your inventory copy. In the event of any loss or damage, make a note on the inventory form. Once the delivery is complete, you will be asked to sign the original documents stating that all items have been delivered in good order unless noted on the inventory copy. The movers will reassemble all items that were disassembled by the packing crew and place all furniture in the desired location. If there are moving charges outstanding, the COD is due at time of delivery. The crew will remove all packing debris before they depart.

The consultants from M. Dyer & Sons have more than 20 years experience, and take the guesswork out of the moving process. They provide clients with a written estimate of the total cost to move, including options for insurance. If items are added or deleted, they will provide revised estimates. The experienced consultant will assist in arranging any third party services, such as servicing grandfather clocks, stabilizing front load washers, or crating valuable artwork.

If you need assistance with moving services, M. Dyer & Sons is the company to call. For more information, contact them at (808) 456-4200.
