About PAI Honolulu

Serving both traditional island flavors and international cuisine, PAI Honolulu is Hawaii’s newest fine-dining restaurant with a twist. Chef Kevin Lee is bringing his unique flare to the island with his tapa-style dishes, which feature locally grown fruits and vegetables, as well as seafood. The restaurant has three dining rooms to choose from, so whether you’re on a date or part of a larger group, natives and tourists alike are sure to find something their taste buds will love.

If you’ve got a big appetite, then make a reservation for PAI Honolulu’s Chef’s Counter. With seating for 10, this hibachi-style dining room features a seven-course menu so you can dabble in a little bit of everything! If that’s not your style, then don’t worry. Lee also built in a traditional dining room with both a set and tasting menu. This cozy area has seating for 12, so be sure to make a reservation.

For a more casual setting, you can visit the eatery’s bar and lounge. They serve a mix of appetizers and small bites alongside a plethora of handcrafted cocktails, with no reservation required. Even better, Chef Lee can whip up a vegetarian-style meal for anyone who has dietary restrictions, provided you give him a 48-hour-notice.

Although a new restaurant owner, Chef Lee is no stranger to culinary art. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America and graduated with high honors. From there, he went on to cook in kitchens all across America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Lee brought his interest of cross-cultural cuisine to the table when creating PAI Honolulu, as well as his desire to uplift and inspire people through a unique dining experience.

To taste Lee’s creative menu for yourself, head over to PAI Honolulu today. To make a reservation, you can call the restaurant at (808) 744-2531 or visit their website.
