Wasserman, Mancini & Chang is an immigration law firm located in Washington, D.C. that has been helping with issues such as adjustment of status, naturalization applications, and BIA appeals for more than 60 years. The firm was founded by the late Jack Wasserman in 1946. 

Attorney Wasserman was formerly a member of the The Board of Immigration Appeals, and represented clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, as well as in federal courts throughout the country. Attorney Wasserman was also a founding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, which was also founded in 1946. Wasserman passed away in 1980, but the law firm continued to practice, representing a large number of commercial clients, such as General Electric, H.J. Heinz Company, and Xerox Corporation in various matters related immigration employment.

Senior Member Mark A. Mancini was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1973 and the District of Columbia bar in 1974. He has also taught immigration law to junior and mid-level consular officers at the Foreign Affairs Institute Department of State. 

He was named Top 1% of all lawyers in the DC Metropolitan area by the Washingtonian Magazine, December 2007 and 2009.  Mark A. Mancini was also awarded Washington DC's Best Lawyers (2010 Edition) by The Washington Post.

Senior Member Sam Hsien-Cheng Chang was admitted to the District of Columbia bar in 1981. He also hosted numerous immigration law-related programs on TV for several years throughout Virginia and Maryland.

He was named Top 1% of all lawyers in the DC Metropolitan area by the Washingtonian Magazine, December 2007 and 2009.

Junior Member, Richard W. Chang was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1997.  He was admitted to the District of Columbia and Maryland bar in 1998.  Richard W. Chang was named as one of the Top 100 Northeast Lawyers by Amtrak's ARRIVE magazine (Nov/Dec 2011) and has an 10.0/10.0 AVVO rating.
